- Online bookings will require payment of a 50% deposit at time of booking.
- New clients to Equilibrium Hair will be required to pay a $50 deposit per service only when booking in-person or by phone.
- Missed appointments or bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or arriving late will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of booked value or loss of deposit.
- Equilibrium Hair reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments.
- No shows will be required to pay a deposit for all future appointments.
- Booked appointments cannot be cancelled on arrival of visit.
